Silverlit Makes Returns Easy!

All Silverlit items sold under this Online Store undergo comprehensive quality control before they are sent to you. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately by emailing our Consumer Service Department at slshop@silverlit.com with the details of your original order and items you wish to return..

Items purchased from this Online Store can be returned for refund within 90 calendar days from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate a return, as long as the product are in their original condition and the packaging of the said item shall be undamaged. Returns will not be accepted if the items have been used, worn or altered in anyway. When returning merchandise, please repack the items in the original shipping box or a similar box to ensure they are protected during shipping. A print-out of your order confirmation email must be shipped along with the returning item. Please also include your order number, billing name, and address with the returns. You will receive an email confirming your Returns from our Customer Service Department then.

Items sold as part of a bundle package may not be returned separately; bundle contents must be received in full for a refund to be processed.  Occasionally we offer special promotions such as “buy 2, get 1 free.”  If you would like to return merchandise purchased as part of a promotion, you must also return the free item in order to receive a full refund.  Any item that is returned without the promotional item(s) that was included with the original transaction will have the value of the promotional item deducted from the refund amount.

If you do not include the order confirmation email with your return, or if return requests made outside of the ninety-day policy, a credit will not be issued and your merchandise will be returned to you.

We will issue a replacement or refund. If the item is no longer in stock, we will arrange a refund. Initial shipping costs are nonrefundable. Our customer service team can suggest a similar or complementary item, to help you purchase a new item separately. Shipping costs on all replacements will not be charged.

We recommend returns be shipped via a method which provides proof of delivery such as UPS, FedEx, or registered mail. Make note of your tracking number for your files.  Silverlit is not responsible for items lost during shipping.

We do not accept COD returns. Your refund, excluding initial shipping costs, will be credited to the original credit card used to make the purchase. Please note that refunds may take up to 14 days, depending on the individual card issuer’s refund processing time.
